I had requested return of Bissell steam shot cleaner Immediately after I ordered and haven’t even opened the product as realised that the accessories won’t be helpful for the purpose. Raised return request but have been informed that I can’t return electronic items for this reason and should have read the description properly. Though it was clearly written for "7 days return policy". Never expected this forceful behavior from tatacliq. Infact thought it to be more reliable than others in market but I’m highly disappointed. Awaiting tatacliq to pick up the product, have not even opened the package till date.
