FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES

I ordered a refrigerator. The tracking details on June 26, 2021 10 pm showed "Dwarka - Delhi - In-transit". Today, at 12:12 am in the morning on June 27, 2021, it shows "Attempted Not Delivered". It is not clear when the delivery was attempted. I neither received an email nor a phone call or SMS to say that the product was out for delivery. Moreover, now all the tracking details have vanished.


From the above, it seems that the entire product shipping and tracking information was an eyewash.


Considering that I bought the fridge because I thought I would receive it on June 27, 2021, I would like Tatacliq to refund my money if the fridge cannot be delivered today. I have no intention of buying anything from a company which lies to its customers.

I tried to find a Tatacliq Customer Care email id but you will be surprised to know that it does not have any. An email sent to support@widecare.in came back with the reply "Kindly contact Tata Cliq Customer Care for your query. This is support email id of WideCare Private Limited."
