I have bought a Redmi Note 3(3GB 32GB Gold) from TataCliq.com on August 11, 2016 for Rs. 11, 999/- and got delivery on August 16, 2016, but the product found defective(not charging). Hence, I initiated return on 24.8.2016 and returned the product to the seller on 27.08.2016 through Bluedart Courier. As per bluedart tracking, it is delivered to seller on 29.08.2016. The tracking screen shot and my account details were emailed to Tatacliq as indicated by them on Sept 01, 2016. Tatacliq accepted the return and assured refund in 4-5 working days.
In spite of repeated follow up by emails and through their toll free no., I have not yet received the refund of Rs. 11, 999/- plus shipment cost even after lapse of 35 days from the date of delivery of product back to the seller.
Tatacliq keep promising the refund with in 4-5 days all the time and they are not giving any reason for such a delay too.instead they are seeking the same details and POD again and again despite of providing the same multiple times.
Friends, there is no point in waiting for the refund so long getting yourself in trouble by follow up with them. It seems that they are into lagging tactic as they are repeatedly asking the same details and documents again and again despite of providing it multiple times.I feel that all of us who got cheated by TATACLIQ shall now resort to legal action by approaching Consumer Court, which is an easy and effective way against such fraudulent companies.
