Please never ever buy anything from tatacliq
I ordered puma shoes from tatacliq on 23 july 2019. The expected delivery date was 25 july but it was delayed by 3 days and it was delivered on 28th. But it were puma sandals instead of puma shoes so i initiated return ( even here i faced problems as there was no option for return on tatacliq site and i had to do it with emails) and the return was picked up on 30th july. Today is 26th august, and i haven’t got any refund moreover tatacliq doesn’t even know that the product is picked up or not. Every time i call tatacliq they tell me they are investigating this serious matter.
I can understand tatcliq’s difficulty in contacting the courier service xpressbees and ask about the item.
May God help tatacliq in solving this tough issue.
