I purchased a pair of shoes from Tatacliq.com. But they send me totally different product. I ordered a brown colour formal shoe. Its price was Rs 850. But after delivery I saw they send me a black colour very low quality shoe. I complained to Tatacliq then and then and request for a return. Then the took my request and told me that the worng parcel will be picked up and full amount will be refunded with in 15 days. But after picked up 15 days there was no update from Tatacliq. I again contacted with them and they only told me to wait. After 42 days I got full refund. What a pathetic experience that was. So friends don’t buy from Tatacliq because its not a customer friendly shopping site. That’s my opinion.
