I had the misfortune of buying a 3 door Whirlpool 240 ltrs fridge from Tata Cliq.After the fridge was delivered, I found that the fridge was too small for my house, I immediately tried to cancel the order and ordered for a bigger fridge, to my horror Tata Cliq refused stating that you have got what you ordered and cannot be replaced/refunded.
Now I am stuck with a fridge which is small for me and will remain so for the next 10 odd yrs.
This was my first purchase from Tata Cliq, I have done lots of purchases from Amazon/Flipcart/Snap deal, never had any problem with them as its a no question asked return policy there .This purchase too was primarily to promote an Indian company over company owned by foreigners, little did I realize I will be shafted by the house of Tatas.
I was planning to purchase AC too from Tata Cliq, but not any more .
Please be careful with Tata Cliq, they are the worst e commerce site possible which I found out by the no of 1 stars they got when I went to Mouthshut site .Wish I would have seen the reviews on Mouthshut site prior to the purchase, I would not have made such a big mistake.
Their attitude has certainly left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not be purchasing anything from Tata’s in future.
Cant give them negative /0 stars otherwise I wud have done that, as Tata cliq deserves that only.
