Hi friends, I love online shopping so I decided to buy newly in tata cliq.I tried it once and I am not satisfied with the product quality and there is more delay in delivery time also and I have made a call to customer support and asked them to raise the complaint and requested for refund, and they said it will take 15 working days to get refund and they said that reverse pickup will be in done in 5 working days and I was very much irritated, I waited for 20 working days, I didn’t get my refund, when I am calling customer support they are keeping my call on hold and I was very much irritated. The app is nice and they show the picture with high quality, and after getting the product into my hands I came to know how cheap the product is, and the reliability is very low in this tatacliq website, and they maintain delay in delivering the product. Finally, I suggest all my friends and colleagues never trust these websites
