I bought a microwave and an extended warranty( orderid 106252615). However, I did not deliver papers for extended warranty till today.
When I called their helpline, they could not give me an answer and instead explained their process.
In survey, I rated them poorly. Got an email saying, we cannot publish the reviews as they are not product-specific. And have closed the call
They are not bothered to send me the warranty papers. And they cannot refund the money as refund window is closed.
What a shameless creatures?
