We bought a Philips trimmer from Tatcliq. We received it and found that It had a long charge time and wanted to return(description on Tatcliq did not mention this charge time). We got 4 calls from a person named Darwin and they kept on pushing us to open box and go to Philips, and then just rejected and closed return request . I had ordered another Philips trimmer as I thought 1st one would be returned. Now their products have cancellation window before even delivery and it was closed. I cannot return that also now. I wrote to them and they just closed the request without even responding to our mail and request. Never buy from them. hugely avoidable sales site. Just go to Amazon, they have an excellent pre and post sales.
