On 23.09.17 I have ordered a Tata Swach water purifier through their app.I have great regards for the professional ethics of Tata Group.When I have requested whether I can install a precleaner filter to prevent unnecessary dust being carried into the water purifier unit, I was advised both by Tata Cliq as well as by Tata Swach that they do not have service personnel at Tiruchirapalli for installing the said unit.and they have advised me to not to receive the product and reject it at door step itself.When their transport partner called me, I have explained all the details and requested him not to take the pains of bringing the product to my place because of the above advice.This has happened in 02.10.2017 and till date I am yet to get my money back. My efforts to expedite the refund is to put it mildly is frustrating. My advice is " Not all the TataGroup companies are customer friendly.By posting this I hope some senior person in the Tata Cliq will take steps to bring in drastic changes so that the customers are willing to recommend this e commerce business entity to his/ her close friends and relatives
