I ordered a SmartPhone Intex Aqua Fish from TataCliq.com.As per the delivery schedule, it was delivered to me on the 6th day.I unboxed the parcel and checkout the item.The SmartPhone was looking like a used phone.There were some scratches on the SmartPhone.The Battery was also draining very fast.I tried out some Apps in the phone and browsed the internet.That worked fine.But A lot of Applications were not working on the Smartphone.It was getting lagged too much while using it.The Whole UI of the Smartphone was very laggy and boring.After testing it, I was not satisfied with the product.I decided to return it back.I did the return request for the same.The Pickup was scheduled for the very next day.I followed the procedure and gave the parcel to the courier.I was eagerly waiting to receive the money back to My Account.But Even after 7 days, the money wasn’t transferred to my Bank Account.I contacted their Support Team for the same and They said to provide the details of Bank Account through e-mail.I said to refund to original mode of payment but they refused.Still I sent them the Bank Account Details But Even after waiting, I didn’t received the money.I called them 10 times still They gave me same reply that we didn’t received the Bank Details.At last, after many days waiting, I received the money after 20 days waiting eagerly.Their Customer Support is also very irresponsive.Product is also not as expected.So I won’t recommend to buy products from this website.
