Hello friends today I am going to write a review on an online shopping site named Tatacliq.
Last month I booked a pair of shoes from Tatacliq.com, on cash on delivery, when I received my product I was delighted because it came to me within 3 days as prescribed by the company but was shocked when I opened the box, because I have ordered a pair of shoes of size 7 but the product provided to me was of size 9, immediately I complained about it to customer care service, from customer service it was told to me that they will take back their product and will give back my product within 10 days which I have ordered but after that 30 days has passed nobody came to my house to take it, I tried a lot to contact customer service but I did not got any responses from them they are co-operative only when you buy the product from them but if the product came defective that’s not their problem this was said to me by a customer care executive when I last contacted, friends this a cheater site don’t believe on to their words and gesture of this site. Moreover product quality was worst first they provided wrong sized products and later on they never came to take back their product so I thought that it will fit to my father and I gave to him he used for about one weeks and within 1 week the sole of the shoe came out, in rainy days, the shoes got wet when walked on to the water, this is the health of the new shoe, and not only that for this site I got beatings from my father too I hate you Tatacliq.com, friends this site is selling fake products whatsoever are written on the description of the product soon changed after using.
Delivery was on time for me it did not make any late to me.
Website is well decorated such that to gain the eye’s of the visitors so that it become easy to fraud peoples. I do not know whether they have app or not but have a site which scam peoples.
Friends through my experience I found that this site is not reliable for buying products. Be aware of this site because it is ready to fraud you
