Tata group is known for its wide range of products it has opened its stores all over the country. So coming to Tata Cliq this is an online portal which is a shooping based platform where we get all the tata outlet products for eg the westside titan denon and outlets like this.
As I have disliked this app I want put on my reasons first of all tata has a wide range of products but all the models are not available in this website which is very disheartening. Second reasons is that some products which are very dull and not attractive are put up on offers the one which everyone likes are rarely in offer.
The customer service of the app is okay I would say but not great .
As I have told you the product quality is not that good.
The delivery service is good I would accept it as I have got a few products and have got them delivered in time.
Ya we even have a website of this app through which we can make purchases.
At last I would say this is not that much reliable as there are many cons compared to pros for this app.
