I had bought Milagrow robotic floor duster, Returnable within 7 days was mentioned on their site(photo attached of their website description of the product).
As soon as we received the product we found it unsuitable for our house and raised a return request.
Despite repeated reminders no response from them.
Then I researched on internet and found this email id dharmarajan [mailto:dharmarajan@tatacliq.com] and contacted this person on 2nd July to assist me in the return.
So they kept sending me emails that they will resolve my return request and today I finally got a shitty reply from these people:

My sincere apologies for not being able to connect with you earlier as due to Covid, we are facing a manpower crunch.
We value our customer and definitely want to resolve the issue in the best possible way. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless theres any manufacturing defect or visible damage. If any such incidence should be reported within 7 days of delivery. This is clearly not the case as raised by you.
