I didnt expect this kind of scam service from a TATA
I bought a 4k monitor and have screen bleeding issue since day 1 and I reported them in few hours of I receive the product . I asked them for replacement instead of refund .
They rejected both and ask me to go to service center told me they are not responsible for the products once they sold . its a 35k worth monitor and they left me no choice to endup with LG customer service
now my real issues started . it took me another 2 month to convince LG service center to refund me .
