I applied for TATAINDICOM wireless connection. they promised me the following. Believe me IF
ANYONE ASK ME for a feedback for TATAINDOCOM I will SAY NEVER.. Also if I get a chance I will
narrate this as e.g how bad a SERVICE COMPANY CAN LOSE IT CUSTOMERS!!
1) 72 Hrs it will be delivered
2) They will call me and inform me when they come for installation
What actually happened
1) after 72 hrs I called TTL office phone # 080-5669088. They told me it is approved
and will be installed on 5th or 6th May.
2) I waited till 7th morning. I went to TTL office in Koramangala Banagalore.
They said my application is Rejected!!. after 7 days they tell me application is rejected .
3) I called up Rajesh at 56690888 and he said Zakiya of TTL @ 57601447 has approved it.
4) I met the manager in TTL he called up Zakiya and found that TTL database was incorrect and that my
application was rejected by mistake !
5) Manager assures me that I will get the phone on Saturday May 8th. After all I thought that was a gentleman’s word
6) On Saturday I called you Rajesh at 56690888 and asked him to keep me updated as the when I will get the
phone installed in my house. HE SAID ’’I WILL CALL YOU in 30 Minutes sir’’ !! That 30 minutes went on till 5 PM evening...
7) Since I did not get the promised call I call Rajesh again. He said it is loaded sir you will get it
today wait for some more time
8) WOW 7:30 PM comes up no news I called up Rajesh again. Now he say you will get it on MONDAY !!!
9) Now you have tested my patience!!!! This is BAD BAD BAD customer service !!!
10) I straight went to Rajesh’s office and asked him to give back advance ! Now comes next level of
TATA rules and laws ...amazing how can TATA name be spoiled like this !! I worked in TCS before.. Believe
me your vendors are screwed up and your TATAINDICOM office is also not customer friendly!
11) I did my JOB I have asked Reliance and Touchtel to get me their details and take a better connection.
End of the day YOU LOSE.. I Will get a phone and I will use it .. But Something that should have been your benefit will now be a Reliance GAIN !! My only suggestion to you guys is in this 21st century SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.. I am ready to PAY ANY AMOUNT PROVIDED YOU DELIVER AND KEEP YOUR WORD..
