TCS is good company for freshers. They can join this company after graduating from colleges. Take one or two assignment go to onsite earn handsomely there. They can make very good career from TCS. I would recommend freshers to join TCS after graduating from college.It has a good process in place to do all kinds of activities like onboaring, project allocation, sending guys to onsite verything is having very robust process in place.
