I wont hide anything here. I was in TCS for almost 2 years. TCS is obviously not a bad company but the fact is people run the TCS, not vice versa. People have degraded the name of brand name tata. initially, they will tell you all about TCS aim for work, which is only for name sake. It will appear only in TCS tag lines, meaningless in practical life.
You will believe initially that this company is more like a trust but the actual truth is"all they care about is money".
They say that TCS works for customer satisfaction. But the actual thing is "they cheat customers". They hide so many things from customers. Loot money that’s all. And for that we developers has to suffer and poor us , we think we are learning (which is good if it goes by good feedback and acknowledgement) but after doing that also we will be treated like as if nothing was done...
