I have been working in Tata Consultancy Services for 5 years and being a woman I find TCS to be the best company. The policy is too good and supports woman in all the possible way to excel and rise up the ladder.
The best thing surely which I will never forget was the ILP training. I have enjoyed a lot and was superb time which will be cherished all my life. The HR and other collegues supports me a lot. I remember I was granted 3 weeks of holiday during my marraige and the pressure was also lowered on me well before my wedding to allow me concentrate more on the arrangements and preperation.
None the less TCS policy is best when it comes to maternity leave. They provide 3 montha of paid leave and 2 extra months in case of any complications. the health insurance scheme is also best for all employees. I will surely recommend TCS to all. Thanks TCS for the support you provided.
