Few words but will give you a gist as I have 13 yrs exp in tcs- worst hr policies, no care for individual, its a number now since 2 lac employees- worst senior mgmt , all are tamils, all delivery centers at offshore are biased and think only of there regional benefits e.g if brm is from tamil nadu or west bengal he. Will tho get work done from that state regardless if skills are available, project is getting delayed bacuse of space, skill etc...no matter whatever reason Tamils favor tamilians, bengalis bengalis, are so on..
India is one is not even there in Tcs even after independence.
Put 5 junior resources instead os 1 middle or seniors resource even if client wants seniors is the theory of ceo.
