All know that their is no comparison of the TCS medical policy. It provides a pool coverage of 7 lakhs with reasonable premium rates(even for parents). Also it provides Rs. 5000 of domiciliary claim for each member in a policy year. This is one of the major factor which prevent the employees from leaving the company.
Large number of onshore opportunities in comparison to its competitors
Decent annual increment helps employees to remain motivated in the organization
Cons:-
Decrement. Yes you read it correct. There is a strong probability that your salary may reduce if your annual rating is not pretty consistent over the years.
Huge employee count with excessive politics sometimes make it difficult to prove your presence to higher management even after having the skill
Seniority is given priority to skill.
