Well HR team really sucks. Complete waste of time I had. I was asked by a consulting firm to attend the interview. To give a good impression, I reached 20 mins earlier. Was sitting idle for 30 to 40 minutes and then an HR came n collected the cv n asked me to wait. Waited 1 hour( checked with security personnel about the HR n he does not hv N E idea), 2 hours( Called consultants n told my situation n they said they will check n get back but no update), 3 hours( Checked again with Consultants and the other HRs who asked me to wait so that they can check n get back.)
I waited for one more hour without even a first round of interview and this time I waited deliberately. And FYI I was frequently checking from the beginning with the other HRs( Not that every one hour I checked)
After 5.5 hours the recruiting guy came. He opened the convo with a smile, but I immediately asked him the reason for delay and soon he replied I gave him left and right then and there and told him that I would never come back even if I wanted to. Though he said I can take up my interview at my own convenience, I had to say a GOOD BYE and leave.
I can wait as long as I am being updated. But this activity made me go mad and I hv to do this to them.
