Working on weekends continuously for 1 and half year without any benefits mentioned in there # policy document.
No response from GL and HR after complaining about anything.
D Band as you complained and stood up for benefits that should be given to you as per their rule.
Threatening to fire you as you asked for benefits you are entitled to. Where the hell is job security.
Managers think "Ye unke baap ki company hai" I don’t know why leadership teach them so.
I am never going back to Tata group in my life.
