I am working in Tcs bpo - kolkata, but I am not at all satisfied with this company’s behavious towards their associates. In short if as a fresher you are planning to join TCS bpo kolkata. Never ever try for it. About other locations I don’t know but atleast in kolkata its not having a good prospects for fresher candidates.
If you donot get good jobs in MNCs then you can switch over to TCS BPO as your last resort.
