I have been with TCS for more than 7 years now and I am really confused on what to do with this organization. The main problem is salary is less, but 100% job security.
Being 7 yrs in TCS, my technical skills are average. Hence I’m bit scared to go out of company and find a another job with good pay, But if there is no job security then? I wish, I could not have join the organization in the first step itself. Its making me sick everyday.
I was a brilliant student when I was in school/ college. And now when I see myself now, I have become very lazy. No innovative thinking. Nothing to learn.
I sincerely request you to NOT to join in TCS.
