Now a days in TCS, we dont find any recruitment process, it is only money process. Yes, if you pay the HR, we can get job very easily in TCS.
I applied for the post of exe/ Sr.executive, finance and I was through, till the HR round and kept on hold. The candidate who took interview along with me was offered for the same position but I can assure he was pakka a fake candidate.
When I discussed with him, he was not even able to talk about basic concepts which a fresher in finance can tell. I got his mob number and I was frequently talking with him as a friend. Few days later, he told me that he paid money to the HR. Not only that guy, but that particular HR even helped his friends to join the company for technical positions.
Whats happening here? Then what is the use of taking up the interview. I prepared for the interview whole night, availed for leave (LOP), my energy, money was wasted. So if you want job in TCS dont go with the curriculum vitae, go with currency, you will get job for sure. And qualified people dont go for an interview here.
This happened in Chennai (happening), I dont want to mention the branch name. If anybody can help with a proper HR email id, I can send the candidates details. If they take an action on him, I will surely delete this blog.
