Ive worked as a sub-contractor for TCS for the last 5 months and they are by far the worst company I have ever worked for. They constantly break promises made to employees and clients. They are very underhanded when dealing with clients and with the government, going as far as lying to bring more people over from India. They were legally required to try to hire Canadian citizens in a recent take over however no effort was made to do so. They wanted to bring over another scripter from India however government regulations did not allow it so they told both the government and the company that the person was a deskside technician. They also artificially boost their ticket stats by having one TCS group create a ticket, then sending that ticket to another TCS group to close it, giving the first group a 5 star rating.
They refuse to think at all and have to be told exactly what to do all the time otherwise the job doesnt get done. Almost every person I have dealt with in the company is dishonest and rude.
I believe the only reason TCS has lasted here as long as it has is because everyone in the company is extremely proficient at covering up their mistakes. In the short time they have been here they have taken down our entire trading floor three times costing the company millions, rolled out company wide updates with no prior notice causing rolling network outages, and completely destroyed the helpdesk.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH IT.
