TCS is a great company to work but on the other side there are fake employees too working in the company. I have reported few cases to TCS with fake experience but no action has been taken yet.
Between, I am not an employee of TCS. The fake CV’s are taking away the chances of genuine employee and the background verification of TCS will not stop fake employees getting into TCS.
I think management has to seriously take action on these cases and send a strong signal that no such cases will be entertained in TCS.
