Salary and Benefits- Nothing so special about this company. Attrition rate is 45-50%. So, we can imagine the work culture and salary satisfaction rate too.
Job Security - People will stick to this company if they don’t find a job anywhere else. Mostly, people start with company and think that all BPO’s are just like this which is wrong. Hyderabad site is pathetic. Interview process is too long and sloppy recruitment.
Career Growth - Need to work atleast 18 months even to think about any IJP’s.
Work Environment - Most of them immature and uneducated.
