I purchased a Sony Home theater system (DAV-DZ310) from CROMA, Jubliee Hills on 2nd July 2011 and they said that within 48 Hrs the technician will come and install the home theater. Its 9 days and nobody turned up till date for Installation and Demo.
I have been calling CROMA everyday atleast 4-5 times and everytime they say the technician will come today. Most of the time they just keep the phone on hold or just disconnect. They don’t put me through to the Store Manager with some or the other reason everytime.
This has been the MOST PATHETIC experience l ever had with a retail store. Pathetic customer service and Pathetic after sales service. I would highly recommend people not to go to CROMA for any shopping as their Customer service is PATHETIC.
