My customer ID is 985151368 and I have a 10-meg connection. Every evening, since the last 2 months, the connection drops off intermittently till the next morning, rendering the connection useless.
As expected, Tata Docomo has done bugger-all other than give me mechanical replies. I have made many attempts to get in touch with them, and, to their credit, they have made a few attempts to resolve the issue as well, but to no avail.
