I would like to share my Tata DoCoMo broadband experience.I don’t know that is there any other word for "worst". My net connection was disconnect without any reason and when I complained several times to their customer care they started telling me little different lies every time
I personally went to their Pune headquarter and asked what’s wrong and I was shocked by their answer. The main manager told he or his team don’t even know what is wrong or they even did not received any complaint by customer care.
I totally regret my decision about purchasing Tata DoCoMo broadband internet connection. And I strongly suggest everyone not to buy this product.
