Never go for Tata Docomo broadband as their service is pathetic. They keep transferring issues within themselves and never come up with a resolution.Best part their engineers confirm to them that the issue is solved(God knows how) and they go ahead and close the ticket.
They don’t bother to call the customer and ever check if it has been resolved or not.
Further more, they make false promises of sending technicians to check the issue and this mysterious person never turns up!
