I have been given a legal notice for a bill payment, which is apparently been framed 2 months after my discontinuation of Tata service. The service was pathetic, but we tolerated it, until the final blow hit. We were promised resolution of our complaint of malfunctioning modem, but instead the person did not turn up for an entire week. the customer care kept reassuring us it will be dealt with in 24 hours, but instead no one came. Finally I asked them to disconnect. And got a bsnl connection. After this fiasco, Now all of a sudden they decided to charge me for a month when I dont even have a service. This is a fraud. I am going to make sure more people are aware of this cheating scam.


Update- The photon that was cancelled 2 months ago, apparently wasn’t cancelled because of their system issues and now they are expecting me to pay for a month in which I never used a single byte, just because of the incompetence of their retarded ’customer care’. I am appalled at the horrible service and the audacity of the idiotic customer care reps who admitted it was their fault the connection wasn’t cancelled but said that they cannot do anything, I will have to pay for their mistakes.
