The plan I selected was not the plan that they initiated on my account. I sent a mail next day, and they never cared to rectify it. Emails sent to appellate.mum@tatadocomo.com, appellate.mum@tatatel.co.in, listen@tatadocomo.com are all useless.
They have a so-called President Assurance Cell - elango@tatadocomo.com which turned out to be another house of lie and empty promises. Their twitter handle is probably the most ineffective in the history of twitter handles. The call center folks don’t have any idea about any question you may ask them. Do not fall prey to this ISP, and its sales reps.
