I was using Airtel broadband for more than 3 years. Then someone told me about Tata Docomo. I did some research and saw that what Airtel was charging me for 15GB, Tata Docomo offered 80GB at a slightly lesser price. Of course, I had to reduce the broadband speed a little bit.
Honestly, I wasn’t very sure about the service. Hence, I took a few days to decide. But I had the most pleasant installation experience. The gentleman from Docomo not only set up my broadband, but also got my Wi-Fi router configured. He charged me Rs. 250 for this extra service, but it was definitely worth it.
Airtel, as usual, tried their best to persuade me not to change. I went ahead with Tata Docomo though. So far it’s been a great experience. Docomo service in Viman Nagar, Pune (where I stay) is great. No disconnections and excellent speed. I can always rely on it.
So far so good. Keeping my fingers crossed.
