Please avoid going for Tata TeleServices. They were good till 2014 . I am their broadband user from 2010 till present and I am already surrendering the connection. From 2014, they are deaf for your complaints. If you raise a complaint, they raise a ticket and you get a call that your complaint would be resolved within 4 hours and they close your ticket without confirming with you.
This goes on for days or sometimes weeks together( for a single problem, you need to raise atleast 5-8 tickets). They have no engineers it seems. To get a engineer visit you have to wait for atleast 10 days . Their customer care are useless and helpless, they cannot do anything beyond saying sorry and Thank you .They cannot even provide you Pune office number . SO PLEASE AVOID TATA BROADBAND.
