I have used almost 5-6 ISPs in last 10 Years since I had to change houses. TATA docomo was the worst service provider I ever used. The connection is not at all reliable. The server goes down every 2-3 days. Most pathetic part is the support.
The turn around time for getting the issue resolved is 72 Hrs. This is like a joke in this age when there are number of ISPs to choose from. The people sitting at customer care have less knowledge than what we have. And Yes it takes multiple attempts to just successfully connect to the customer care. Choose any ISP but not TATA Docomo.
