Time to disconnect tata docomo

I was a user of tata docomo broadband from last 3 years wih a monthly 50GB plan. From last 4 months my internet is getting disconnected within 7-8 days of new billing cycle, and they say we have consumed all 50GB data in just 7 days. And this month they said we have used 10GB data in first day itself. But this time their lie got caught redhanded as I was not home on that date. Nobody was at home, nobody used internet and still your record says we have consumed 10GB data.


Customer care is highly unprofessional. They dont want to resolve issue but blame customer for same issue.


Advice to you: Stop looting your customer else.


Advice to new consumer: There are many other Internet service provider that offer better services. Dont fall for the trap of docomo.
