Guys if you are planning to get Tata Broadband Service, please STOP and think twice. Last month, these people took 3 whole weeks to resolve an internet issue in our locality. I have never seen such a downtime. I have used internet connections from Airtel and ACT Broadband earlier but have never faced such poor customer service. The issue according to them was that their DSLAM was down. The whole community suffered and even after daily calls from every house in the community, there was no technician who visited the society. Their representative dont even know how to talk proper English. They keep your calls on hold with no proper solution.
What agitated me today is that their customer service is not even able to provide me with my monthly bills. I have called them 5 times asking for my bills, every time they have a new excuse. What good is a customer care service, which cant even arrange the bills for a customer. They are saying that they have sent the bills through email but nothing has been sent and they are not even sending the confirmation for the same. Such LOUSY service.?#?PATHETIC??#?IRRITATED??#?WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE??#?HORRENDOUS?
I paid them for 7 months together and doomed my money.
