Even though Tata Docomo claims to be one of the largest and the best broadband service in India, I won’t think it’s true. It can be one of the largest as it belongs Tata group family but, surely it’s not the best.
The reason for that is that it’s got very poor signal strength in my area and the speed of the Internet is really bad. Okay, I won’t blame the company 100% for this but it’s data plans is also very expensive.
I bought this dongle last year believing in their claims of best broadband service in India and it was my first dongle but when I plugged it in my laptop then I came to know that all the claims were false. I used to go to my terrace to get the good signals but inside my house it was like I was enjoying 2G data while paying for 3G.
I tried to contact customer care support and also went to their office but they forcefully said that there must be some problems with my laptop. They didn’t try to sort out my issue. Tata Docomo really has the worst customer care support and their employees in their showrooms are always in attitude.
Now, I finally got rid of this junk and currently using Mts Mblaze.
I don’t want to say this because it’s an Indian company but I won’t recommended any one of you to buy this junk.
