My Tata Docomo wired
broadband connection was down for
the previous five days. The
incoming cable got cut. No one
was available to fix that cable.
According to Tata Docomo TVM
office, all the assigned
technicians were working on
another project in an entirely
different part of the states. I started emailing
some officials within the
company and they restored my
connection today. Now, I have to
contact the customer care( and
fight with them) for bill waiver
for the previous days when the
broadband connection was not
functional. Take this connection
at your own risk.
What about slowest internet
speeds on mobile at 1kb/ Tata Docomo does not have
coverage in more than half of
most urban areas. And as is
their corporate nature, they are
not too aggressive about
expanding reach either
