Hello guys, I’m telling you about tata docomo broad band. Its was very bad experience to me. Network issue are always faced. Sometimes roaming start in local areas. Take enough time to open a page. One day I was doing payment through internet banking. Suddenly network had gone and payment couldn’t be successful. And amount deducted from my account. I felt so angry . At last I received my amount by requesting to bank. From that day i’ll not do internet banking with tata docomo broadband . Tarrif plan of tata docomo broadband is not satisfactory. Its broadband provide services according to their price of service . Customer service is also not good. Don’t do their work properly and on time. If you use when you are traveling then impossible to get connect with internet. So I decided to change broad band.
