I am writing my this review regarding to bad network of tata docomo. Almost every telecom company are attract to every customer by their exciting offer regarding to internet, calling, sms and network.
There are many kinds of telecom companies available in our country. in which some companies have provided good service and some companies are provided bad services. In the list of bad services tata docomo is on top. Because its network tower are placed in almost every area but.they not proper work. I am saying because I was faced it. In normal mode mbile network is stable otherwise when I am using my phone for a call or internet then the mobile network going down .And problem is occure in 3g mode. It was very bad among its all services have provided.
Finally I am very embarrassed and calling to their customer service .but my call was not complete. sometime they put my call on helt upto more then 30 minutes. I am call to customer service by another tata docomo number. Finally my complaints are reached them.But they not give me a proper solution. The problem is not till here.it is more and more. The another problem is that when I am entering my house then network was lost.And when I am come out from house then network is come . Sometime this inner and outer network problem irritating me. When I am using Internet and second party is try to me calling, then the calling is not connected in first time attemp. And I also calling to someone with data using on.the line is busy.In the evening time tata docomo network was fully hang. Most of time show me that the line is busy. Its roaming services are very bad. The network problem is more critical in the roaming. I am suggesting to all my friends please not choice tata docomo .Please choice another telecom company’ s services.
