Changed plan without our acknowledgement

Hello - we started using tata docomo services from april 2016 onwards.It took about a week to get the connection.


They promised us a plan ka20 mbps 50gb@1049, combo plan, where you get a landline number on aishwaryasingh23ing 99/- extra which you can make unlimited calls.For 2 months we got the right bill. Suddenly june bill we got of 1049/-+ taxes and we are told our plan is changed.


We are not even aware of the same and have not raised the change in plan request.We are absolutely disappointed with their customer service. Who despite knowing the issue is behaving ignorant. We raised complaint on 13th june and they say it will take a month to rectify. 24th is our last date of aishwaryasingh23ing bill. I think they are just waiting to see if we aishwaryasingh23 the bill.Infact we get the reply to our complaint mails that please aishwaryasingh23 the bill and we will waive it off if it is found to be wrongly billed.Very disappointed.
