I had to close my tata docomo broadband connection because of the change of address but the cancellation team was soo poor, they took 2 months to finish my request. and billed me for those 2 months. Made so many customer care calls, mails but they dont accept their mistake.
After 1 full year, just to get the hell out of their torture I paid the 2 bills. They have the worst customer care team. Dont ever get this broadband connection its worst.
