Tata Docomo is very slow and poor speed network.I had purchased the broadband service from this network, just because its cost is low.I have similar bad experience as of other reviews. I have 2 MBPS plan and by mistake they changed it to lower plan without my permission.
Tata Docomo has the worst customer care support. I logged a request to change my plan in June month to effective it from July month, I am facing issues in TATA Broadband internet connection from past 3-4 days. The issue is I am getting constantly ping drops( even when I ping to ISP Gateway or any site or Gobal DNS) and due to this my connection is not working 3-4 days.From my knowledge docomo only started the free sms. At that this played as a role of whats app. First two sms charges and then unlimted sms were free .So I really enjoyed with this nerwork.
Here when I requested them to get the get the bill amount for the used period but no a single customer care representative.
