Friends I need to share some of the lacking points about the Tata Docomo service which I need to highlight .
Once you have taken the connection you must be very careful about the usage and the charges, And not to trust the there informative service that they will inform you about the bill or and other usage .
I think they have All good facilities and service support reminders but the way of execution is lacking, or you can say the consistency about the customer support is not seen and only due to that the Customer may switch over to other provider .
I experienced one of the problem that the new connection I purchased and my bill limit decided by mutual understanding upto 300 Rs and due to that I feel relaxed to use the service since once my bill reached to 300 Rs they will stop the service and informed me . After two to three months the Bill suddenly reached to 1200 Rs without any information to me and the service were not blocked or stop.
I have asked them about the same no any proper response they have given to me .
Due to that this experience suffer me a lot and many times I have communicate them that this is not my fault but all vain . They just forced me to pay the Bill and threatened me a lot.
Therefore be aware in such cases .
