Closing an account is really pathetic !!

I have to move to different place and closed the account. I clearly made every payments and the closed the connection and collected the Modem also. After 6-7 months I get a call from a lawyer in Delhi that I have an outstanding amount of 2797/- last month pymt. When I explained him he said he will get back to me.


1 month later - I got call from another lawyer that he is in Delhi civil court and about to file a case against me. He said if I make the payment immediately, he will not file the case. literally blackmail. Other wise I have to go the Delhi for dealing with the case and fine of 35, 000+ other fees.


I have no other choice to make the payment. I am really pissed with this approach.


Forget to mention that the connections reliability used to be bad. I use to get disconnected every 2hr or 3hr. The service is pathetic. We have call them 2-4 time to resolve some issue. They don’t hv proper tracking I belive. Every time we have to start from beginning.
