I had been using TATA INDICOM WIMAX(now TATA DOCOMO) from last 5 years. I started my home business with this connection and grew to some extent. I loved this connection. That little antenna which I had to take care of when it rained heavily or service it when it did not work and the connection with fabulous support.
Few months back, TATA representative called and said no longer they are able to support the 2 MBPS unlimited download plan in my area:-( . I had to let this connection go and take Airtel.
Anyway, they suggested me to take Docomo Broadband which I did not take and instead went for Airtel. But my review for this service and support for 5 years is positive. Their customer support was helpful. At times they sent support staff to my home to troubleshoot and they seemed quite professional.
There is no longer TATA INDICOM WIMAX Service and they have changed name to TATA DOCOMO. However everything else remained the same. And the service was good.
